ISSUES WITH AN ORDER


Will My Order Be Safe While In Transit?

Of course. All items are dispatch within a 100% recyclable, sealed and padded package.

Where is my order?

We know you can’t wait to start wearing your new JUST JEWELS goodies, and we can’t wait to get them to you! However, as we are a small business, please allow us 1-2 days to process your order, starting from the order confirmation date.

Once your order has been shipped, an email including your tracking number will be sent to you.


What payment options do we accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal as payment options.


What Happens If An Item Is Missing From An Order?

Although very rare given our team's setup, mistakes can indeed happen from time to time. If there is any item missing, please contact us and we shall investigate this for you.


What If A Received Item Is Faulty?

If you receive any faulty item, please contact us with photographic evidence (Picture) and we will happily replace this for you. Note: however, that the guarantee does not cover against damage that has occurred due to maltreatment. We will also advise you how to return the faulty item back.


Can I Cancel Or Amend My Order Once Placed?

Just Jewels will not be able to refund after purchase unless item is defective.


What If An Ordered Item Is The Wrong Size?

If you have received an incorrectly sized item we will happily send you the correct size (subject to availability). Please contact us and we will arrange this for you, and will also advise you how to return the incorrect item back.


Is Just Jewels eco-friendly?

Yes! When starting Just Jewels, one of our goals was, and still is, to be as eco-friendly as possible.


Our custom Just Jewels keepsake jewellery boxes are made to be a keepsake and re-used, not disposed, however the boxes are composed of cardboard. We also try to pack as many pieces in one jewellery box to limit wastage.
