Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange will be offered. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only offer exchanges if you need a different ring size or to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need and exchange, please send us an email at email@example.com with the subject line Exchange and #Order Number.
Returns must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, accompanied with their original packaging and reach us within 30 days from the date of receiving your parcel.
Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
